I approach weddings as an event, because it is, but you, the couple are the star of the show. I have four different packages available for the couple, all of which can be modified to make the perfect package to suit your needs. Remember you’re the star.
Usually I like to sit down with the couple, and if possible the wedding planner before the ceremony to go over what sort of shots they would like, discuss where the formal portrait work is done, and the general times for when I will be shooting. Also at this time a contract will be signed and the 10% (of the package) booking fee is due. I will attend the rehearsal to get a feel for the flow of the ceremony and the environment in which I will be photographing.
For the most part weddings are shot primarily in digital however we are willing to shoot at least part of your wedding on film if you request it. When it comes to portrait work I will work primarily in medium format to provide better scans and quality images. For best quality images, I use the following films:
- Black & White - Ilford FP4 or HP5
- Colour Negitive - Kodak Portra 160 or Portra 400
Depending on the weather, the environment, and the personal choices of the couple I will choose an appropriate film.
For professional quality development and scanning, I send my film to Toronto Image Works. Due to the cost of shooting in film additional fees will apply. The photographer will retain hold of the original negitives, however the couple will recieve a disc of the raw scans.
It is customary in several cultures to have a wedding over multiple days, we cover those as well, and all packages can be adapted to suit the dates. Multi-Day weddings will incure an additional $500.00 fee. Currently we do not cover destination weddings. For the most part I stick to Southern Ontario for my working area, north: Huntsville, east: Peterborough, west: London, south: Niagara Falls.
Bronze - Perfect for Civil Ceremonies
Not having a whole day event, just a quiet ceremony at city or town hall, but you still want a keep stake from this special day? Look no further, covered in a cool casual manner. This package provides a photographer for two hours to cover the ceremony and some formal work afterwards.

Package Includes:
- A photographer for two hours.
- A DVD with the original RAW files.
- A CD containing full resolution images picked by you, and edited, ready for printing.
- 1 8x10, and 2 5x7 prints of your favourite "couple" shot.
Additional prints and an album can be added at an additional cost.
Silver - Perfect for the DIY Crowd
Designed for those who like control over their photos, often are photographers themselves but just need someone to run around and take photos of the day, and then they will print and create albums as they wish!
Package Cost: $1500.00
Package Includes:
- Two photographers for a maximum of 24 hours.
- A DVD with the original RAW files.
- A CD containing all images straight from the camera. And a disc contining the photographer's choice of images, all ready for printing.
- 3 8x10 prints of your favourite "couple" shot. And a 4x6 of the wedding party for each member of the party.
Gold - Let us take care of it for you!
This package is designed for the couple still looking to budget their weddings, but don’t feel they have the creative skills to create their own albums and prints. This leaves most the creative side of the post wedding development. I will handle the editing based on your choices of the proof images, then work with you to develop your albums. All albums are created and printed through Blurb, an online publishing solution, or another publishing solution of your choice.

- Two photographers for a maximum of 24 hours.
- A DVD with the original RAW files.
- A CD containing your favourite images, picked by you, and edited, perfect for printing
- 3 8x10 and 15 5x7 prints of your favourite "couple" shot (3 poses can be used). And a 5x7 of the wedding party for each member of the party.
- 3 Custom made albums through Blurb (you assist with the process), additional albums can be purchased through a private page
Platinum - Let us take care of it for you!
The top package, is basically the same as our Gold Level package, but just contains more physical items.
